Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days

Rest of the World: 2-4 working days

Order before 11.30am and your order will be dispatched on the same

working day (Mon-Fri excluding Italian public holidays).

We will ship your order with DHL Express Delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, weโ€™ll refund their purchase price in full within 30 working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.

If you ordered a wrong size or color you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form here, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.

Product Description

This is the subscription plan for availing nanny care services from Elite Nanny Circle.
We have Silver Plan (Validity 1 month), Gold Plan (validity 3 months), Platinum plan (Validity 6 months)
For any reason, if the customer cancels after payment following will be the refund criteria
If the cancellation is after the babysitter completes the plan duration then there wonโ€™t be any refund
If the cancellation is before the babysitter completes the plan duration then the platform charges+subscription fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
For eg: If the customer cancels on day 10 on gold plan for any reason then the refund amount will be 20/90 of โ‚น5,999
The customer can ask for infinite replacements within the plan duration
If we are unable to provide a replacement within 3 days then the platform charges+subscription fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
If the babysitter stops working for any reason then the babysitter salary for the days which the babysitter worked needs to be paid to Elite Nanny Circle.
The caregiver’s salary needs to be paid directly to the caregiver if the caregiver is working as expected
The salary needs to be paid on the 1st of every month and if on 1st 30 days arenโ€™t completed, then the pro-rata payment needs to be done.
For pro-rata payment calculation 30 days will be considered and not the number of days of the month
If the caregiver do not arrive on day 1 then the customer will be getting a full refund or can ask for a new caregiver
The customer can upgrade to any higher plan by paying the difference fee + platform fee
