Consultation Fee
A nominal consultation fee is payable before Elite Nanny Circle commences the candidate search, shortlisting, and interview coordination process.
Single Family Interview
To facilitate a smooth and timely hiring process, we request that all key family members involved in the final hiring decision participate in a single interview with the shortlisted candidate. This helps avoid repeated interviews and ensures a fair and efficient experience for both the family and the candidate.
Timely Hiring Decision
Following the interview, clients are requested to share their hiring decision with Elite Nanny Circle at the earliest. A prompt response enables us to proceed with the placement process efficiently and helps ensure the selected candidate remains available for your family.
